In order to use the Templett platform, a valid credit or debit card is required to be on file at all times to bill Templett transaction and subscription fees. Templett transaction statements are created at the end of each week and billing is processed at that time. Statements are only created when your balance is greater than $25 or 30 days have passed. Your card will be charged for the total of fees for that billing period. Subscription plan payments are processed monthly separate from transaction fees.
You can view your statements and outstanding balance at any time in the billing area of Templett.
You’ll see detailed statements listing each order that was processed during that statement period along with the charges.
You will be charged a subscription fee monthly. The amount will depend on the plan you choose. We have multiple subscription plan options starting at $9 per month with different features. You can choose the right plan for your business. Each subscription plan option has an associated transaction fee (the fee you will be charged per sale). You can change plans at any time. Subscription fees are prorated so you will not lose any time that you’ve already paid for. If you upgrade your plan, you will be charged the difference of the new plan cost and the old plan cost minus the time you’ve already used.
You will be charged a transaction fee for each sale you process through Templett. A transaction is defined as a listing sold in Etsy, a product sold in Shopify, WooCommerce, or Templett, a manual order created in Templett, or a template that has been given to a customer using the Grant Access feature. Each subscription plan option has an associated transaction fee. Choose the plan with the transaction fee that’s right for your business. We have plans with transaction fees as low as $0.29.
You can cancel at any time. Any outstanding balance will need to be settled at the time of canceling. We’ll charge the card on file at that time.
We do not provide refunds on subscription fees. Transaction fees can be refunded on a per order basis, for up to 30 days. Any order older than 30 days cannot be refunded.
Any action by a seller to avoid paying a fee is considered fee avoidance and is strictly prohibited by Templett.
