Obviously, when you are printing your templates at home or an office supply store, you don't want to print one 5" x 7" invitation on an 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper. (That would waste a lot of paper.) The good news is, we have a setting for that so there's no need to waste paper. We can automatically put as many designs on a page as can fit.
The Save Paper Option in PDF
In the PDF download, you'll have an option called "Save Paper" that does exactly what its name implies. It saves paper by putting as many designs on a sheet of paper as can fit.
For example, if you have a 5" x 7" invitation, we'll put 2 on a page in the PDF. If you have a 3.5" x 5" insert card, we'll get 4 on a page in the PDF. If you choose this setting, we'll calculate as many as can fit on the page and lay them out accordingly.
How to Use the Save Paper Option
The Save Paper option is available in the PDF download.
- Click the Download button in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select PDF
- Switch on the Save Paper feature as well as Trim Marks, if you want that too.
- Click Download.
That's it. We'll create you a PDF with multiple designs on the page - however many can fit.
